Cityside Seaside Countryside examines the unique urban condition in Lebanon, illustrating scenes from the coastal region that have gone through a rapid and hasty process of urbanization over the past three decades. The display encompasses specific situations that represent and challenge ideas on the countryside and the limitless city, shedding light on the architectural scale of today’s global issues. The images are an assemblage of work across disciplines: including works by artists, architects, urbanists, and inspired observers.
